​​Items are made to order by hand and some take more time to prepare than others. Orders will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive a confirmation email. All Items should be shipped within 5-10 business days. Any item with a longer turnaround time will have the estimated ship time written in the product description.
Shipping transit times may vary and are beyond our ability to control. Once items are shipped you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items or items damages during shipping. Shipping matters are to be dealt with by the customer and the shipping fulfillment company. Any customs fees or taxes charged are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No cash returns or refunds. No exceptions. Percy's Mama Boutique will offer a replacement if the item is defective or damaged. Items must be returned within 30 days and must be in new and unused condition with all tags still attached and damage or defect must be visible. We will offer either a store credit or a replacement item. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer or the postal service. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a credit to your account. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns to anyone for any reason. Thank you for supporting small business.
